Sagle Constructions provide a complete service from design through to the completion of each project. We are also flexible throughout the
design and construction phases, allowing each client to submit their own documentation in order to achieve their individual required outcomes.
The first step is to meet with each client to establish their requirements and discuss regularity boundaries.
Provide Prelimary sketch for client consideration.
Revise plans if required.
Provide detailed development plans for client approval and submission to local council for planning approval.
Provide working drawings, structural and civil engineering, soil reports, hydraulic and mechanical engineering, then liaise with all relevant
authorities for building approval.
Combine planning and building approval for final development approval.
Commence construction.
