Operational since October 1999, Sagle Constructions has been formed as a result of an on-going partnership that developed between both directors, Shane Green and Gary Lees. The opportunity to collaborate and become one has
created a pathway to provide an innovative construction service to
the market.
Both directors offer a combination of skills which enables a diverse approach to any project from Commercial to Industrial and Residential projects.
Members of the Master Builders Association, Sagle Constructions are well versed in all aspects of construction management from commercial and industrial design, costings, government approvals and construction site managements.
This experience stems from local to remote construction
projects.
As the building industry becomes more competitive, the market demands professionalism and proven creditability. Sagle Constructions have set a
company standards policy to ensure they meet that market demand.
More recently Sagle Constructions have implemented a business management system assisted by JLB Management Consultants addressing quality and OHS requirements which has resulted in third party certification by TQCSI
against ISO 9001 and AS 4801. Part of this commitment to business excellence is to ensure our quality and safety objectives are supported by our employees, contractors and suppliers.

The secret of Sagle Constructions success is the balance of expertise offered by both directors, Shane Green and Gary Lees. Combined, they offer
over 40 years of building and construction know how.
Shane Green
Shane offers a wealth of building experience gained over a 20 year period including commercial, industrial and residential building project
management.
Key areas of responsibility with Sagle Constructions are site management and production, including all facets of negotiation and liaison with
sub-contractors and suppliers. His well developed project management skills ensure sub-contractors, from surveyors and civil contractors
through to second fix and fit out contractors are committed and focused to the project at hand.
Of particular value is Shane's knowledge of local and state government building policies and regulations which can take away much of the
preliminary pain of developing a building project.
Gary Lees
Well regarded for his professionalism in the commercial and industrial building industry, Gary offers over 30 years construction experience.
His particular strengths which contribute to the partnership are his business development and contract management abilities.
His core experience lies largely with commercial and industrial project development. He has an avid commitment to building client trust and
offering a service which provides a win-win for all parties.
