This was built for a Sydney Developer for the national company Bondor/Metroll. The project commenced in February 2008 & was completed in December 2008, on schedule.
Warehouse / Factory for Bondor - 3,200m2 with 300m2 office and first stage excavation for carpark.
Pouring of factory floor and first fix office framework.
Completion of steelwork for warehouse, office frame & wall cladding.
Steelwork & office frame for Metroll Building – 5000m2 & completion of carpark earthworks.
Concrete to front carpark and internal works to Bondor Workshop
Steelwork completed and cladding commenced to Metroll Building
Final Stages - the project was completed on time and within budget
